An example: saying, I buy notes that are made at or below 80% loan to value is much different than saying, you need to make your loan at an 80% LTV or below, it's easy to get involved in personal circumstances in a group, I know having held seminars long ago.Note investors are NOT loan originators.....absolutely right but how do you know the difference between two matters if you have no idea about the other apsect?

I told them I'd send them pics, and after hanging up with them and sending the pics, they immediately called back telling me they LOVE the property and we've scheduled a showing Monday.In that second conversation they are already talking numbers, which is great, but I'm of course skeptical due to the circumstances of the sale of their other home.
