Yes, if the property makes sense, just like any other market.

I would like to learn of any potential red flags in the assumptions but most importantly just go over the deal with a fine-tooth comb to confirm my own understanding of the deal. 

I would like to know as an agent is it better to be apart of a team of real estate agents or be your own agent.

I believe they likely will talk, they share a back deck and am concerned the different rates may negatively impact the relationship if that scenario played out.

I would like to be able to respond to messages, schedule tours, etc, within the source site to keep it contained, not via text/email.

Also, if you don't like the answers you get from your PM, maybe you need to look around for a new PM.

And if there is a smart way to approach this, I would like to know about it.
