I certainly have gotten my share of "leave me alone, stop calling", but I've also had some really cool, interesting conversations. 

So, based on the conversation I just had, someone can sell real estate assets without any scrutiny from the SBA.

Absorb this additional cost of the appliance repair man and this oven issue, and then it's time for you to be ready to have a direct conversation with him. 

I agree with you on the conversion of hotel to multifamily, and it would pose a tangible solution to the affordable housing crisis.  

Everything else can be converted, but IMHO it would probably not be worth the cost or effort to do the conversion.
