After a few delays, and to the point of move in day (March 15 adjusted a few times over) with no keys or solid move in date, I had to extend what was my current lease at a premium to remain in my previous home.In the meantime, I was looking for other properties in the area to rent just in case, and wouldn't you know it, the property is again advertised as a vacation rental with immediate availability.

In my area, I see a lot of unlicensed brokers advertising properties they don't own and even some frauds advertising properties they don't have a contract on.

They also buy notes pennies on the dollar too, kinda like what happened in the bailout.So the question to your answer is a BIG FAT yes, and they don't exactly advertise it.

Advertising a nice 3bd apartment with a huge yard and laundry is better (in my opinion) that advertising a 3bd with additional fees for laundry.4th... as far as repairs...

In doing so, he advertised his trailer for rent and decided ultimately that he didn't want to be a landlord forever and met a suitable tenant that he was willing to take $2,500 down and let her make payments on the trailer until it is paid for (about 8 more years).
