My goals are to build long term wealth/cash flow through real estate investing, rental properties or other investments to provide a sound retirement for my family.I've been researching real estate knowledge on google for a few months and accidently came accross your site while reading other forums about real estate investing.

If I own the pharmacy, I have:Rent - a premium, high-rent payer,Credit – tenant has great credit,Building - vertical improvements in the form of the building,Site Improvements - in the form of a parking lot, curbing, storm controls, etc,Zoning – I own real estate zoned for a broad variety of commercial uses, andReal Estate - I have a great piece of underlying ground on the hard corner of a signalized intersection with the highest traffic counts in the area.There is a market for this type of product.

I was wondering if anybody had any tips that they use to successfully put a house under contract when looking to assign the property!

I also have a few other tips in how you structure your offer to be more appealing to sellers.
