I'd love to take a look at your locals guide, just for inspiration.

It's never been done before, and I have very high hopes for success.Education doesn't simply occur from the assimilation and delivery of factual materials and unique insights - it occurs where energy and leadership inspire passion for thought and action.

It's awesome having access to colleagues that are "like minded", highly motivated, inspirational, knowledgeable and good spirited. 

GREAT PLACES - Find places that inspire and instruct you, and spend time there.

I will accomplish this and at the end of the day I will give thanks to the members of biggerpockets, those that inspire me through podcasts and most of all God.So far:-I've created a website that can offer myself leads-Found a title company that can manage double escrows, assignments-Created a Google Voice account-Obtained a good start to general understanding of the deals I'd like to accomplish-Created forms to do these dealsNow, I'm sure there are a lot more things that I forgot to list.

I have recently been massively inspired by The ONE Thing and am in the process of implementing it in all seven areas of my life.  

I must say I'm 98% inspired and 2% frustrated, but thought a mildly inflammatory title might get more views. :)First off, if you haven't read Chris Voss' "Never Split the Difference" and listened to podcast "The Ultimate Guide to Negotiation", do so right now!
