What would be the ideal product to prepare the floor so that it accepts the paint ?

., foreclosure, DIL, reinstatement, short sale, and modification (the latter two based on what you are willing to accept/offer).  

They have the freedom of choice of who to sell their property to and on what terms are acceptable to them.

My biz partners and I found a house on the MLS and used an agent to make a cash offer, which was accepted and we paid 3% commission.  

I was about to email back offering another 10K when an email came through that the sellers accepted.

Can I have it towed or do I need some sort of lease addendum specifying this is not acceptable?

I don't understand why they wouldn't accept money from me.
