I have a 36 unit building just outside Fort Hood that I need managed (as I am in CA).

I've tried over 45,000 leads in the miami, fort lauderdale and palm beach market. after running the leads through data zapp I had a total of just over 900 phone numbers and 700 emails.1) I did a mail chimp 2 piece drip campaign with the emails; I was immediately shut down by mail chimp because too many people unsubscribed to the email2) I ran the RVM through sean terrys system.

I will drive out to Fort Lauderdale  & West Palm BeachI am interested in Airbnb investing in South Florida. 

Real Estate investing isn't my forte but it is something I'm sure I can learn.

Any suggestions on who to call for cheaper rates in Fort Wayne IN?

Right now I am invested in the Fayetteville, Fort Bragg, Raeford area of North Carolina 28736 and the Valparaiso, Florida areas 32580.

@Christina Shearer  Another market you might consider is the Fort Campbell area.  

I am unfamiliar with Fort Worth but my understanding is that Texas has a fairly strong market.
