Yes, we are big in entertainment and hospitality, but we are also big in technology, food, universities, finance, and other industries.

Entertained their request to stay until the school year ends and turned out they are just nasty people.

The project will include 4 million square feet of office, including corporate office, international headquarters, laboratories, medical and medical office; 1,000 keys of hospitality; 600,000 square feet of retail and entertainment, including street front retail, neighborhood shopping centers, freestanding retail, restaurants and entertainment; and 1,000 units of residential including townhomes, single-family, senior housing and multi-family, with price points from $200,000 to $400,000.

It has been entertaining and in fact one BP friend of mine that I have a business relationship with commented that my posts ARE entertaining:) If I can add value along with a little entertainment I am glad to do so:)

Let's also say your average wholetail profit was $15K per deal (this would be low, but let's entertain this number).Over the six months, your business made $150K while paying out $50K, plus the $5K entry fee. 

As for $500 DD, no agent will entertain that.

I only WISH the duds I have screened were that entertaining.
