I feel like you need to be able to see the properties and interact with them and the property managers to get your money out of it.

The problem is however, that I have not been able to find one: many agents that I used/interacted with are not very interested in or capable of working on investment properties.

I trust and believe little of what is told to me; instead, good credit & background checks, employment & income verification, and personal interaction with the potential tenants should just about tell you everything you would need to know.

This means that all interactions such as buying a property, paying for expenses and receiving income take paperwork, delay and processing fees.The alternative, which is generally superior for a time-sensitive and transaction intensive asset such as rental property is the IRA LLC.
