one thing to keep in mind is that as long as existing stock is still cheaper than replacement value.. your not going to get a flooding of the market with new construction.. when I was shopping for homes last year in that area.. new construction was more than you could buy existing for.. and keep in mind not every one Is a landlord most houses go those that want to live there

@Jared Weston I do actually own a home that has some equity in it that I am currently renting and cash flowing about $450 a month on, but it is also in a pretty hot real estate area where they are building shopping centers new homes a marina so I really want to let it ride for a while longer and see what that market does.
