Roy, that is extremely funny...however if that agent ever receives an offer frome you again he will probably throw it in the trash...at least that's what I would do.

I know in my experience of researching LLCs and even taxes and all that....there are so many ways to go wrong with LLCs and taxes on properties that it'd be extremely easy to mess yourself up for benefits from the properties.

Some of the tenants are paying extremely low rent, and I don't see them moving on any time soon.

I am not promoting these but personally I use a Little Green (now called spot clean) and it works wonders otherwise the company that makes the little green also makes a new trigger chemical called Instaclean that works really well for old stains.
