It would be great to have someone seasoned share some insight on finding a good deal.

In return for working with the broker and investor the buyer gets a guide in a sort of ways to help through the process.Also there are specific organizations for self storage, retail, industrial etc. and they have very specific books that can be useful.You have to be careful with books also.

On the other hand, are the Indianapolis seasons so severe that perhaps a lot of maintenance comes up that I am unaware of, and that these are in fact low estimates?

I'd question if they are actually in the hospital or if this is an excuse to get out of moving.Tell them they said they'd leave and tell them to get friends and family to move their items into storage.

I am however a seasoned sub contractor (over 20 years) specializing in custom works but well versed in all aspects of interior and exterior Carpentry.
