😳 SOLUTION FOR YOU: I literally did this about a week ago! 

The feeling I get is that these are all paid off or almost paid off, and he is looking for; to save realtor fees, to have a reliable income stream to compliment his other investments, spread out taxes.

This is a solution to a non-problem. 

This would be especially useful if you decide to house-hack a multi-unit...in which case FHA provides the lowest down payment solution (3.5%).  

It’d be amazing to keep the property in the family if possible and remove the burden of the home from her if there was a creative way to transfer it into our names without paying for the higher property taxes and pay her what she deserves for the home.Do you know of any creative solutions or have you heard of a situation like this?

On the one hand, this seems like a very good solution for all sides.

I encourage you to look for a full service platform as opposed to a piecemeal or free solution. 

And most of the interior doors, plus many windows and toilets were apparently intentionally broken.The start of this project was to remedy the foundation issue, which was done by Carolina Foundation Solutions by digging out the complete back and right side of the foundation and adding 6 helical piers to jack up and stabilize the foundation.
