I have heard that its going to be a good market for buyers in 2023 which makes me a little hesitant to pull the trigger on a property, yet i now that people get pretty good deals during the holidays! 

Ironically, yesterday, my wife and I booked a trip very near Naples so we could relax, plus check out the area for future investing, or maybe a potential move down the road. 

Yes, the ones that have bad furniture, bad pictures, and don't communicate will sit vacant, because they aren't putting in the effort, and also they may not be in a solid location for the MTR space.As for your questions, we are currently in a weird time, between being the dead of winter, right around the holidays, and in a recession (or at least in the loom of a recession) it is too early to tell what will happen to these spaces.

It's more about desparation of the Renters not whether or not you are a Conservative or a Liberal.If you are Liberal and you studied Economics to understand the issues better, I'm sure the only conclusion you will reach would be that there needs to be more relaxing of Zoning and other restrictive building codes in order to increase supply of apts which will have a much fairer and better effect on affordability.Just my 2 cents!
