You don't come out of pocket at all on this quick and easy method.If you're looking to make a move in the near future with your credit though, I would ask wash credit card company, before receiving the increase, if they require a hard or soft pull.

The cash flow can be adjusted to an extent by reducing the amount of cash you pull out.  

Jacksonville is big enough to do them there as well.I don't doubt that you pull that off but - from my experience of doing this for 8 years - 99% of renters live paycheck to paycheck so $25k down is hard to come be, at least for me.

Best regards, if note pays off early who ever orders payoff demand is going to have pulled title they will see your assignment and then will contact that bene and order a payoff.. they get their money you get the delta.. as your in second position basically.Now this is were it can get tricky if fraudsters get in this and don't record the assignments and the note holder who borrowed against it does not pay of  the underlying..

Until I am able to relocate, I plan to network on BP, read Famous Four(tm) book recommendations, hunt for and analyze deals, and prepare myself for the day I pull trigger!
