although i suspect you start popping those signs up everywhere and the planning department may want you to get permits for them.. just like the big sign companies.. are you then quieting title to take full ownership.. or your just not worried no one will redeem these.. or are they actually tax deeds not liens ?

Hi @Alvaro Leis, the hesitation comes from this: when lenders know that money will be used to buy real estate their brains start whizzing and popping and screeching with things like "lien position" and "Debt to Cost" and "DCR" and they start getting really granular.
