We have had numerous agents take walk throughs and all of them have valued the home at 305-335k, which seems to be on par with comps in the area.

Another thing I see is people suggesting different cities without any explanation or details involving why they suggest there.

Sometimes, I can't find an investment for 2 or 3 years even when I look every day.Post your numbers for this property with a realistic explanation of why your management company does not want to manage the property.

We are charging below market rent with these tenants, they have been vindictive and angry, have taken full advantage of us on numerous occasions.
