Whom ever turns in the app first with good credit standards and income has first dibs but the kicker is to have them turn in a non refundable holding fee that is valid for 10 days because some fill out an app and you think you have a renter and they find something else and u never here from them again.

There are lenders that will refinance a mobile home so you might be able to pull some equity out of it but being completely honest with you it makes no sense to get a loan that way when you can just liquidate it and not owe anything.
