With the help of several books and listening to every BP podcast over the last 2 years I've purchased 5 homes, below I've laid out my strategy.

I have learned so much here on BP, reading forums and blogs, and also listening to the podcasts (which are great).

Ive been a part of BP for some time now through which I've read endless amounts of posts, books and listening to podcast.

There are a ton of Podcast you can listen to on this site that covers that topic.

I just finished listening to Brandon Turner's interview with Michael Blank on investing with other peoples money.

Start reading the blogs on here dealing with wholesaling, listen to every podcast pertaining to that same topic and read every forum post you can about wholesaling as well. 

Hi, I'm a new investor who has listened to almost all of the BP podcasts and have read a significant amount of information regarding real estate investing.

Stay on this site read all you can, listen to the podcast, you will find that every one is in different situations and there is not a one size fits all plan, it will be up to you to determine your strengths and weaknesses to determine what niche you have.

This is my first post to BP, I hope I don't come across as too much of a newbie, but in I've listened to most of the podcasts and Josh always seems to say their are no stupid questions.
