Long story short, I have a vacancy coming up at the beginning of May and am looking for someone who can help me do walk through with the leaving tenants, take pictures of the current condition, determine what should be taken from the deposit, screen new tenants and determine what maintenance needs to be done.

NPN's are a lot of work, but you don't have to leave the house to do it successfully (does the banker leave his or her cubicle?). 

I don’t think it was a “by the skin of my teeth” approval but you never know.

I soon learned that REI was the best place for ME to leave my equity.As time went on I realized for ME the best plan was to grow to the 10 properties that I wanted and THEN pay them off. 

You have to pay off the 100K outstanding (leaving you with 460) and close with the 200K you have to put down.

Thought my wife was going to leave me....
