Hi Geetha,I ventured out on a drive tonite before dark (Sunday) and normally vibrant hustling Austin was a almost a ghost town.Restaurant parking lots empty or almost empty, hardly any cars on the road at all compared to normal.Freeways wide open and clear, hardly any traffic noise at all.It wasn't quite the Key and Peele Apocalypse, but it was eerie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?

AS @Greg H. says sometimes you thank your lucky stars your offer wasn't accepted.I think an excellent strategy in the Permian basin is to continue to watch the market at this point or divert your attention to a more diverse (less petro dependent) area.
