He is getting too busy and the passion he has for CF and talking about "his" company got him banned for a couple weeks from BP...not the first time.I am general counsel and think it's important that all CF info about what is going on in the industry should be available to the Crowd.

1) should probably read up to 4 doors, b/c 5 doors is the starting point for what's considered commercial multi-family2) that's typical in the industry, though you can ofter have longer amortizations.
