I'm just replacing a 1952 furnace last week, not because it failed, but because I'm selling the former rental and want to prevent buyers from thinking, "Wow that's an old furnace I'm going to have to replace it soon."

You should consult a lawyer in NC before attempting to wholesale this property.My impression is that you can assign this contract unless there is other language or law preventing you from doing so.

The latter have blowers & the dissipation of heat is amazing.When we had to upgrade our fire prevention systems (& add fire sprinkler heads) to meet new building codes, we were grandfathered in on some issues because we did not have forced air heat & vents that heat & smoke can travel through in case of fire.We have another property with a circa 2002 steam heat boiler system.

Emails are also sent with any balance for utilities balance over $100; but they do not strictly enforce anything until the utility balance is over $500 to prevent any unnecessary evictions or eviction filings.

For a criminal to shoot or rob someone at a motel would not only be risky, but would totally prevent a clean getaway, as there is pretty much always a random guests who also happens to be smoking or walking outside who can see things.
