Honestly there isnt any major issues.

Honestly no one knows what the future will be but if you are going to sell / panic do it before anyone else.

@Jake Bryant, To be honest with you, I wouldn't pay someone to drive for dollars.

I can't get on board with the "they can't control it" viewpoint though. 

I own a property in Cleveland, My first experience with a Management company there was with Monument, and was honestly terrible.My second one is not great, the guys are milking us with non necessary fixings in a unit the tenant is not paying and we have been having issues for a long time. we are never able to make a penny because they invoice some repairs.

I wrote this because I've seen a few things first hand from investors in my market and it honestly made me sick.Good luck

To be honest no one really "KNOWS" what is going on inside of the SBA because they are still getting their act together.

Honestly, I don’t see the SBA being incredibly strict when it comes to that, but I could be wrong.

You know being one of America's top asset managers the only way I had to pay to keep my home since they lied depended on me getting an opportunity to get honest business done.
