Can someone guide if Oklahoma would be a good choice being high on the tornado index?

With the rates the way they are and in my area multi-family properties are being listed for a high amount like $800k for a duplex, with 2 apartments and 1 bath each. 

I’ve read to have your criteria high but not so high you’re sitting on your hands for 3+ months to Find the perfect tenant. 

Also, you probably need a civil engineer to make sure everythign is viable, since part of the approval process is having a civil draft up plans for sewer, water, grading, etc.

At the moment, second lien positions aren't at ideal interest rates, often Prime + 2%+ or in the high 8-9-10%'s.

They need to have a high risk appetite, they probably need to have a connection with and know the country.What I'd do specifically is go and live for a while in Buenos Aires, one of my favorite cities in the world and get to know people there (don't pitch right away).

Westchester NY, who pays for (expenses) heat, hot water, electric, snow removal, salting, trash bin maintenance, plumbing stoppages, plumbing leaks, key changes, sweeping and cleaning, CCTV, rehabs after tenant moves out.  

But we do hold our featured agents and lenders to a high standard.
