Tomorrow - or even minutes from now, it can be different.The real value is in the credit report resulting from that pull.A recent retiree could have sterling credit - until their income becomes one quarter of what it was when they were working.Anyone can have sterling credit - until an illness or injury lands them in the hands of the healthcare syndicate.

I mean that in  a nice way since I know them well.. but for the average mom and pop its tough .as for booting people out .. you can evict right away even if they file notice of intention to redeem.there has probably though only been a handful of redemptions its just not common here.

I am also someone that is willing to learn, so I am focusing on the resources I have at hand to learn something new everyday!

The tenant has to be able to hand deliver their rent SOMEWHERE. 

This allows them to buy bulk and they always have stock on hand for the next flip.

Until you have the money to begin and/or the first hand success you will not find a investor/partner with any motivation to work with you.

I also seem to have a mental block around being far away from a rental property if anything goes sideways or otherwise requires some hands-on intervention.
