This city is growing like crazy.

Look at fast growing cities, population growth, etc.

While I do think that Austin will continue to grow rapidly for the next few decades I think there are just too many unknowns to account for.

Partnering with a builder who has built homes for the last 20 years and we have personally walked some of his homes under construction currently and some that are on the market currently I think we can bring that difference in design, new technology, and updates that he currently does not have and hopefully grow our JV partnership to many more houses.

Limescales and molds would grow and you will be none the wiser because its covered up.

House hacking for a few years is you best starting point.Buy a personal home after you reach a point in investing where you have surplus cash and no desire to grow your investment any farther.

It's interesting how AITDs are popular out West but not so much out East.
