His thoughts were that as soon as the Government starts sending a bunch of money to banks then that is the time to pull all the money out of the HELOC.

Seeing what is happening in Europe and the US government unfortunately not reacting quickly, but trying to let thing be as normal as possible for as long as possible - which might make things worse in the long run.

I'm hoping we get more information about whatever help may be coming from the government, either for tenants or for businesses and landlords, or both. 

This is all new information to me but it sounds like the huge boom we have seen in Real Estate the last few years can be partially contributed to the QE of the government after the 2008 crash. 

As government workers I assume they’ll get paid anyway, but what about the convention center workers or the sport and show support staff, most of them are part time, the poor will definitely be hit the hardest. 

@Pat Hamilton as of today Mayor Kenney announced that city offices will be closed to the public starting tomorrow (Tuesday) and non-essential government operations are halted.

Mom & pop I would defer the rent until we find out what the government is going to do.
