If the seller was not aware and found out that you are selling the house to someone else, they might be playing a game with you.

I meet investors who started with TK just to get into the game and then did BRRRR when they had a nest egg of a portfolio. 

It’s like playing poker.....no way to know until you do it.

I am young and extremely new to this game so any responses related to becoming a landlord will be helpful!!

if they were recent, I'd get the installer back out to investigate whats going on. to a certain extent the neighborhood could come into play with this too. if there is higher crime, this could end up with your tenant getting robbed.
