A car that looks fresh off the set of Fast & Furious might be fun in CA but wasn't a real wise choice for ME winters.Another favorite are the tenants who refuse to move their vehicles when the plow truck arrives but then call later to complain that their driveway isn't cleared....As @Matthew Paul stated snow is not planned and rarely happens at convenient times.

While a person 5 to 7 years post discharge will have had suitable time to re-establish good or bad credit practices again where it makes it less risky to simply go with good credit, I don't subscribe to the idea fresh out of BK is bad.

BIG MISTAKE....2 months later they were late and late every month until 7 months later when I had to evict which was the middle of January so by the time I washed all the freshly painted walls and cleaned the once spotless house out and got it rented again I had lost over $3k so I don't think the extra little bit you charge for deposit is worth it.
