I believe Provo’s ordinance reads (Provo Code 14.06:)"“Family,” unless otherwise expressly provided in this Title means:(a) One (1) individual living alone; or(b) One (1), but not more than one (1) at the same time, of the following groups of individuals described in subsections (i), (ii), or (iii) who together occupy a one-family dwelling unit as one (1) nonprofit housekeeping unit and who share common living, sleeping, cooking and eating facilities:(i) A head of household and:(A) All persons related to the head of household as a parent, child, grandparent, grandchild, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, nephew, niece, great-grandparent or great-grandchild by blood, marriage, adoption, guardianship, or any other duly authorized custodial relationship; and(B) Not more than two (2) additional related or unrelated persons, including but not limited to, personal care or personal service providers; or(ii) In R1 zones located within neighborhood areas described in Subsection (c) of the definition of “baching singles” in this Section, two (2) related or unrelated individuals and any children of either individual, if any; or(iii) In all other zones, three (3) related or unrelated individuals and any children of either individual, if any."

The Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) that require separate licenses and medical staff - depending on your stste's laws.

You could get a license as a boarding home or look for a facility that wants to rent your property that services this population which if it is well suited might have a good ROI.

Even though LA has a large Korea Town, you will find the largest such facilities in other states, such at the two giant and super-fancy facilities in Dallas. 

They own elder care facilities in the area and the minimum wage hike is killing them too.

I've already looked at some commercial buildings and storage facilities and there's a lot of potential there.

Schools and business are implementing protocols for facility closures and remote work (i.e. one team member tests positive, family member tests positive, etc.). 

The scarcity portends a greater failing and a worse situation than what we are seeing in Italy, where lives ‎are being lost because the country doesn’t have the health care capacity.States cannot build more hospitals, acquire ventilators or modify facilities quickly enough.

Fed’s have also opened two new liquid facilities so they can buy stressed assets from banks which will be added to the economy.
