I have started to look at properties in Woonsocket and Providence Rhode Island, New Bedford, and Fall River while still also keeping an eye on the Worcester market.

So, 2,700.00 rent - 1,900.00 mortgage leaves you with 800.00 essentially prior to maintenance or the possibility of non-payment.2,700.00 - 25% = 2,025.00 which voids out the debt in the eyes 👀 of most banks.

After dealing only with SFH I am eyeing a quad of studios.

I literally never stepped foot in or laid eyes on the house.
