I deal with the financing/screening/material selection, and he deals with regular maintenance, and anything related to the rehabs.

So in the end I guess it really depends on how comfortable you are in diving into the multifamily space and what kind of partners your able to develop! 

Since they still have the right of redemption prior to the auction though, it makes sense that could be worked out somehow though.Since they have to give the money to the county before they have the right to sell it to you and you ideally don't want to give them the money until they have the right to sell it to you, does that complicate the closing process or is it not that big of a problem?

Ideally, you set it up once and can log in whenever you want and it will sync and update for you.  

You need to really sit down and think through this process, then develop a written policy.

Brokerage firms have developed structured processes to encourage this mentality and force agents to compete with each other.

Ideally, assuming I can secure the property and get it zoned for student housing, we would be able to house 25 students in property paying from $375-450 a month each to reside in units. 

We have no idea where to go to, but something warmer and affordable would be ideal, in a good neighborhood, so this is our first dilemma. - we have visited Austin and loved it there, and my wife loves Florida.
