I'm going to use every option they have to lower the rate (use their checking, do auto decutions, etc.)This particular local bank is offering 15 year terms with options to lock in the rate with no penalities for paying back early.We're leaning toward our 2nd MFR or possibly do 2-3 SFR's in a particular area.Thanks.

The purpose for providing tenants with a packet is to have them maintain the property for their convenience and to set the tone that a plumber won't be coming every time they clog the sink or have a slow draining tub.

Buy a house in a big city, stay in motels in the country a couple nights a week/camp on the Dropzone (the main problem with this is I can’t realistically make sales calls from a Dropzone, hence the motel idea)At this point, I’m sort of leaning against option 1.
