My initial thought was if I go to the listing agent they will get a greater commission playing duel agent, now I'm wondering if that leaves me with no one looking out for me.My most pressing question: tomorrow I have 3 appointments with 3 different listing agents at 3 different properties.

My plan is to continue to save for a down payment and in approx. ten months purchase my first home.

My direct  RE holdings & development investments I am continuing to do closer to home and am much happier that way.  

If I don't get anywhere with the tax collector I am going to just continue to mail the property and hopefully get in touch with the person picking up the mail and paying the taxes. 

I quickly sent out a text to the concern tenant to low or stop playing the karaoke.

The tax is meant to level the playing field so we do not have tax exempt entities driving taxpaying businesses right out of business.A flip is a transaction where the real property is purchased with the intent of being resold.  

Taxes are definitly high and do play a bug role in flipping.

I think that investing that time and money will motivate me to continue pursuing my goals and to not give up.  

I don't think people expect big industry to play a big role in the Berkshires' future.
