If there are two cables coming in to the box where the light *switch* is, and one cable coming in to the box where the light *fixture* is, then this is probably what you have.If the feed from the breaker panel runs to the light *fixture* first, you're probably in for fishing some new cable.

Foreclosure is a nice option but then the lender is tipped off and if they foreclose quickly your chance of recovering rent through receivership is slim.

Maybe it's just because I have a wait period before I think I can put these new tools to use, and I'm getting a little anxious, but if anyone has any tips on other things that I can be doing now, that will help me in the near future, it would be a tremendous help!

Tip: Check that the expiration month and day are the same as the applicant's birth date.

If this person only dabbles in property management, I think the fees are only the tip of the iceburg.
