Especially with college debt, auto debt, credit card debt, video game debt, cell phone debt, personal residence debt, etc.

I looked into cameras that used a 4G cell signal but they were all pretty expensive.

One of the identity theft scams is grabbing people's info to open cell phone accounts to conduct illegal business with.  

I spoke w/ them last night and discovered that they have 2 adults and 3 children (ages 8, 4, and 1) and 2 dogs living in a 2bd 1 ba.... their existing lease didn't specify the dog breed... but she answered honestly and told me that one was an American Stafford pit bull (terrier)... i.e. it's not a dangerous dog, but comes from the pit bull blood line and insurance companies still ban it, so I told her this would be a problem.  

I'm not renting cells in a prison, I'm renting someone a home.

Everyone knows that bank-owned properties are like discarded cell phones. 

There was weird splatter on walls and ceilings that we could only guess is blood.  

I leave them a message summarizing the listing and end with "call me if you are still interested at  [ cell number].

@Mike Landry Working less doesn’t seem to be in my blood, well not at this point in my life.

You wouldn’t believe how often his cell phone was buzzing because of a prospective tenant, contractor, etc.
