For the not so tech savvy tenants, I still drive by and pick up the rent.Since my goal is to acquire more properties, I'm leaning towards cash app more as a requirement for business payment automation.

Did you sign up for the Clever Investor with Deal Automator?

I'm not sure that is a great strategy to start with, but you have to think, even with templates set up and as much automations as possible, it probably takes me an 1hr to do each one.

End goal would be to automate as much as possible.Anyone have thoughts on either platform? 

Guess instead of spray foam, a whole house fan, and automated windows, and all led fixtures,  I get solar panels and just add central air ....

adnetw...For me I have deep special interest on thing like this, 20 years ago, I used to do lot of similar thing, more like automation framework for data analytics. 

My next step is to reach out to local real estate agents and ask to be added to automated updates for multi-family properties to get started.

The software can be paired with many other applications to generate some efficiencies and automation, making the whole process more seamless.
