Also what if I have a rental property single family home with 3 bedrooms where a different tenant lives in each bedroom?

At the time, living with my family of 5 in my Dad’s house, a 4 bedroom 2 bath house with over 10 people, was good for me.

Each side is a four bed room one bath.

We are not sure how to go about the extra bedroom since it was already built and its part of the house.
