So definitely check that out as it is an amazing additional resource.

It has been amazingly profitable and I am just kicking myself I didn't do this much earlier in life, lol. 

Probably not, but I learned a ton and my equity position and cash flow from the three is amazing. 

What amazes me is that they let this company fund 5 deals at once before they actually built up a track record of successes on the site.And as the investor, what do you think the odds are that they'll ever get another loan on that site - now that they failed to deliver the deal they promised.

That was before the run up and I was amazing to me that people in the industry had so many reservations about it. 

It's really quite amazing the rapid growth - and because most lots are now either 1/4 or 1/3 acre lots, and ours, as with most of the "older" homes are built on 1 acre lots, our homes value has nearly tripled.I wish, as do my parents, that we would have invested in real estate when we first moved in....we would be sitting pretty if we would have.

Real Estate is not one of those kinds of businesses that you can do from the "classroom"...It will definitely make a man or woman out of you...I can remember what it felt like to have my "dearly beloved" convertible car repossessed and having the lender going to my PARENTS' house trying to find the car because I was so embarrassed I had hidden it...
