Hi Ryan,Wow parking for 30 dancing Zumba goers must make the street a true zoo(omba).30 friends getting together for dancing for fitness private party at someones house every Sunday after church, is different than using the property as a fitness destination business.It would be smart to ascertain which you have here.Simply telling her, your Sister wants to lose few pounds Zuba-ing--how much does it cost and can you have the join-up paper work for her might tell you what you need to know.

Hello everyone, I am looking to join a West Los Angeles Real Estate Investing Meetup group.

I am interested in joining the New Orleans conference but have not yet registered.

I joined a MF mentorship program in August and I am currently working on the education and team-building/networking I need to have in place for a first MF deal.

I lived in Logan, UT when I first joined BP and if you go back to my first post (I cannot for the life of me figure out how), you'll be able to see the REIA meetings in and around Cache Valley suggested by others. 

I'm excited to joining the community, hope to create some friendships, build my network, and work together to build strong lives for each of us!

@Tristan RothI think it's a great idea...get local, like-minded people together...energy flows to where your focus goes...before you know it, you'll have an investment under your belt.I personally, have joined a few REIA groups through a website called meetup.com.

If you go to meetup.com, you'll find quite a few others.Our Facebook groups for STL investors are also very active - do a search for them and join every one you can.That's where I would start - networking.
