Beachfront is always a better choice if you can afford it.

You might have larger than expected benefits from that choice to run a STR business. 

No one else will focus on that as much as you.If you have a history of poor choices than it will be a tough hill to climb with your spouse.

But if you're on the fence about what you want to do, you might look back and find college wasn't the best choice.

PEX seems to be the logical choice when it comes to plumbing.
