Perhaps if I hold my friend's hand during the process we can overcome the ineptitude of the workshop presenters and get my friends into a home with no money down and low interest rates. 

I went through workshops and training too, along with following David Lindahl’s Multifamily Millions for repositioning Value deals.  

I think if I had to pick one thing that impressed me most at your syndication workshop is how you guys had projections for a 10 yr hold, jic the you-know-what hit the fan, especially after such a long bull market. 

I once attended a session at a farming workshop where an attorney recommended farmers form a real estate llc and farm business llc.  

It did NOT smell like money.The clothing was piled so thick in the basement that I had to duck to walk around.It's plumbed for a bath but was being used as a work shop or something.

Has anybody gone to the workshop and been able to get your $2000 refund?

Actually I hadn’t even thought about that being done until I saw her talking about it on a Virtual workshop.

I have spoken at a number of REIA's on this method in three states, and will be teaching it in a 3 hour workshop seminar on Saturday January 7th for the South Jersey REIA in Cherry Hill (close to Philadelphia). 

The home also has 3 small studio apartments where the 'help' pay to live-in.They bus the 'clients' to a daily workshop so her days are free & they only need to prepare breakfasts & dinners & the low paid 'help' take care of the bathing cleaning etc.A great system if you can handle that type of scenario.
