By design, the nursing industry is predominately women - women who often travel to new cities alone.

Go into any of the work trailers at the industrial complex in my town and you'll see calendars of scantily clad women with my advertising and phone number on it. 

I would have to say it's a tie... " Flip Your Way..." by Preston Ely, but most of all "RICH WOMAN" by Kim Kiyosaki (VERY GOOD FOR WOMEN!!)

But I throw in wifi, smart tv, grills and an atmosphere like Hugh Hefner's mansion.The other 1% of my renters usually ask me "why are there naked women all over the place?"

My main goal is to educate experienced investors on this asset class, point out the scaling upside when you DO NOT self-manage, and present a viable opportunity for folks to learn and grow, particularly women (only 31% of whom make up all real estate investors).

Last summer I was able to convince my husband to let me rent the guest bedroom to several different young professional women for a month each, for $700-800/month.

@Kai SoremekunThe only way now to stop foreclosure would be to reinstate the loan or she files bankruptcyYou would not be able to buy it between now and then unless you paid off the loan but without title that’s a huge risk.In this instance I recommend doing nothing, you are not an attorney or financial advisor and have no relation to this women and if you gave advice or tried to help and then ended up buying the home it could come back to haunt you.

My wife has delivered the babies of 26,000 indigent and severely impoverished women who live in systemic poverty.We found our “identity” in helping the poor and from that place we’ve seen that wealth follows us. 

This old lady thinks you need to show them some respect, and deal with the women as you would others in business.

Its the Entitlement mentality,   Me , Me, and only Me counts.I notice several threads where the new woman landlord comes on here saying the tenant is ANNOYING(keyword)  when the tenant isn't that.Wait till the tenant calls with a plugged up toilet amd this lady has to plunge a toilet full of D.i.a.r..h.e.a.Wait till this lady is texted by a former tenant to give back security deposit or family will be OFFED.These women need a good ole Wake-Up call.It's not just young women.
