Rather than tearing down everyone, I’d rather focus on how different teaching styles and strategies might suit different investors' needs.When someone consistently promotes one product while criticizing others they haven't tried, it undermines the trust and authenticity that makes this forum valuable.I'm not trying to create conflict here, but as someone who has learned a lot from different educators in the land investing space, it is concerning when I see someone posting carefully disguised spam and trying to make it look like an unbiased review. 

Be interesting to see the inner workings of the deal and how it was underwritten.The big question in life, not to be or not to be, not nature vs nurture, no, what is the difference between a HML and a PML? 

When you say 40% annualized is that per year or over the entire life cycle.  

It also depends on your goals and how safe/aggressive you want to be, how much you want it to earn, and what meshes best with your lifestyle. 

It's about having an income that will enable you to maintain your current standard of living for life.

The seller is not very tech savvy and is going through some life issues so he isn't being very helpful in this.

Depends on your investing style of course but I do not believe there is a better turn-key company in the US for those that want to be as hands off as possible.  

As well as other discounting styles (Airbnb has early bird discounting and some others).Also, consider loosing cancellation policy.Good luck!
