I just joined the BP community this week!

Within a week I sold my 60% interest to the minority partner for $190,000 CASH.

Next week talking with financial advisor to move from a broad approach to more food or consumer perishable goods, medical portfolio.  

(Finance of America, Civic Financial, a few other players) They raised rates on there 30Y product about two weeks ago.

After 1-2 weeks they told me the tenants stopped paying rent after the first month.

Whatever a contractor says, add 4-8 weeks.

Couple of questions on this one, as I have not closed on the property yet, but it is scheduled for next week.  1. 

Flood #1Within a week, our garden unit tenant let us know that sewage was backing into his unit.
