I got one today at the store in queen size for $12.99, the king size is $14.99These are reminiscent of the Charisma/Berkshire comforter that I have been using for the last 7 years in the lake house as well as at home.I will say that these new ones are more of a thin blanket rather than a thicker comforter.

Personal opinion.. a couple restaurants/bars, a general convenience store, and a CVS/Rite-Aid would make a huge difference to foot traffic and a neighborhood feel.

Although, as mentioned at the top, the pull chain switches are often a weak spot, however they are often easy to simply replace with an inexpensive, universal replacement switch from the hardware store.
