In WA we just put it the downpayment amount and type of the loan.

I’m open to all kinds of ventures and working together within WA or out of state.

I owned parks in Oregon and Washington and the rules and laws varied a lot.

Is this a Washington thing or am I not understanding correctly?

I own a 2/1 in Washington West and my tax assessed value jumped from $250,000 to $372,000 over night which increases the bill by almost 50%.
