Things are better than I expected.The flood waters have receded (yes, I sent out a dove and it came back with an olive branch) and I was able to get into the properties and assess.

Hey Oliver,I had the same issue last year and when I discussed it with my Broker and I also spoke with the Division and my understanding from both was that you do not need a property management permit to manage the LLC's property when you own 100% of the LLC.
